Plain Language IEP FormsNew York State law requires Committee’s on Special Education (CSE) to inform parents of students with disabilities who are of transition age about the complicated graduation options and requirements. This brochure can used as a resource to facilitate the conversation during the CSE meeting (or any time!) and fulfills the requirements for written information that must be provided as indicated in the Part 200 Regulations.
